The program focuses on a comprehensive, well-rounded approach to Jiu Jitsu development. From the
conceptual understanding of techniques to skill acquisition and application, this program helps students of
all experience levels to reach their individual goals and strive to be the best Jiu Jitsu practitioners they can
be. This class consists of a teaching progression including basic conditioning, skill-building drills, movement
drills, technique explanation and demonstration, situational training, and live Jiu Jitsu sparring.
For anyone blue belt or above. Practice normally consists of roughly 30 minutes of warm-up and drilling,
followed by an hour of hard sparring, and participants are expected to push themselves.
